We Rip Phone Books in HALF!

Tonight at church we ripped phone books in half. For serious. We are really, really, REALLY strong. Well, Mary Allyson is anyway. How? Well, we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us.

Tonight we continued our To Be Continued… series as we explored Philipians 4:13, a commonly misquoted, misinterpreted bible verse, used as motivation to hit homeruns, catch touchdowns, and win races.

Tonight, we talked about what it really means. We explored the verses leading up to it, the ones about contentment in what we have, were we are, no matter what we have, no matter where we are, we talked about our contentment in Christ.

We also talked about the Power Team. Do you remember them??? We talked about them breaking bats, and busting cement blocks with their heads, and how they would run through ice walls, and their mullets, we talked about their mullets. We talked about how they ripped phone books in half, just like us; and about how they misquoted Philipians 4:13, and how hopefully we don’t.

Sorry I preached… but it’s my job.

Lucky for you I’m also a freelance youtuber. So here is a classic Power Team video. Enjoy!

tonight we had teamkid and we talked about plagues and then we drank red sea punch, ate goldfish from the red sea, wrote secrets in our pixie stick sand. Isn’t God amazing?
